
Meet Chef Ed


Eddie Williams has worked in the food service industry for over 35 years, starting out as a dishwasher at a restaurant in his hometown of Philadelphia and working his way up to being a Sous Chef and Developer. He moved to California to manage several food sites for Aarmark before leaving to open his own catering company. In 2019, he created Konventional Kitchen, to showcase “how to” videos for some of his signature dishes that has since bloomed into a catering company and showcases his own personal line of spices and sauces. Eddie is the Founder/CEO of Fell4U Multi-media Group, which features a Live365 Internet Radio Station, as well as his life coaching program the Do The Work Initiative which focuses on providing Black men and youth with strategies to achieve their goals. He is also co-founder of the Lucky Box Project, a family-based nonprofit dedicated to providing household supplies to families transitioning out of homelessness. Eddie’s motto is “We All Have The Ability To Manifest our Dreams Into Reality If We Are Willing To DO THE WORK.”
